I just wanted to share how powerful getting outside is!

Last weekend we were fortunate enough to play in the Lizardhead Wilderness in a beautiful blanket of snow with frosted trees. Kayla is growing her mastery of moving her body in these places and experiencing joy, despite the hard work associated with our fun.

If you are able, get your kids out. I am sure she will look back at these small escapes with pride, as will they!

Bonus – they wear themselves out!!!
